These terms and conditions are deemed to include our privacy policy.

2. Changes in Terms and Conditions

We may modify or terminate any facilities and/or services offered through this website from time to time, for any reason and without notice, and without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to change the content, presentation, performance, user facilities and/or availability of any part of this website at our sole discretion, including these terms of use from time to time. You should check these terms of use for any changes each time you access this website. Your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of any revised terms of use.

3. Registration

Registration is not required if you want to browse the advertisements on the site. However, registration is required to place advertisements, use Email Alerts, etc. In order to register you must choose a username. You may also be asked to provide information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, CRO number, etc. All information supplied must be complete and accurate. Hunt For Property.ie may restrict the username you can choose. Therein, you are responsible for all actions taken under the username and password that you are provided with and shall only use or utilise the site using your own username and password. You must use every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to any other person. You shall not transfer or sell your username to any other person. You shall also not permit, either directly or indirectly, any other person to utilise your username or password.

4. Intellectual Property

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the site (including all, text, graphics, trade marks, database rights, service marks, trading names, code, files and links) belong to us or our licensor(s). You must not copy, transmit, modify, republish, store (in whole or in part), frame, pass-off or link to any material or information on or downloaded from the site without our prior written consent.

5. Placing Ads

All advertisements offered for publication in Hunt For Property.ie must be legal, honest and truthful and must comply with the Irish Code of Advertising Practice. All advertisements may be edited and classified at our sole and absolute discretion. All advertisements contained on this website are accepted for publication and published in good faith, but it is emphasised that Hunt For Property.ie does not, under any circumstances, accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any advertisements or messages published either online or off-line (nor is any kind of warranty expressed or implied by such publication). Property advertisements placed must not contain any advertisements to additional services provided by the advertiser nor must they contain any promotion of third party goods or services; the Property Manager™ must only be used for the purposes of advertising relevant properties.

6. Fees

Our fees are described on our advertising page. We may choose to temporarily change our fees for promotional events (for example, free listing days) and such changes are effective when we announce the temporary promotional event on the site. For the avoidance of doubt, such promotional events shall not apply to any listings on our site at the time of the announcement. We may in our sole discretion change some or all of our services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are payable in Euros. Whether you are a business or not, value added tax and other taxes may apply to your transaction. Sellers will be responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and our site and all applicable taxes. You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic format by email.

All users are advised to check details of each advertisement carefully before entering into any agreements of any kind. If in doubt please seek legal advice.

7. Your obligations and conduct

You must not misuse our system or this site. In particular, you must not hack into, circumvent security or otherwise disrupt the operation of our system and this site, or attempt to carry out any of the foregoing.

You must not include links to this site in any other website without our prior written consent. In particular (but without limiting the foregoing) you must not include in any other website any "deep link" to any page on this site other than the home page at www.huntforproperty.ie without our prior written consent.

8. Suspension/Termination

Hunt For Property.ie may, at any time and without prior notice to you, suspend or terminate your access to this website or any service forming part of this website, wholly or partially for any reason, including without limitation, where you are in breach of these terms of use, or if Hunt For Property.ie cannot verify or authenticate any information submitted to the website, or if for any reason Hunt For Property.ie suspends or discontinues the website or this service, or is unable to supply a service to you. Hunt For Property.ie is not liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of access to this website.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that any material available for downloading from the site is not contaminated in any way, we do not warrant that such material will be free from infection, viruses and/or similar code.

Due to the nature of software and the internet, we do not warrant that your access to, or the running of, this site will be uninterrupted or error free. We shall not be liable if we cannot process your details due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
